We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a simple and friendly returns policy for those moments when you have a change of heart.
Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Return:
  1. You have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to return your item if you have a change of heart.
  2. Ensure the item is unread, in its original condition, and in its unopened packaging (if applicable).
  3. Don’t forget to bring along the original valid receipt or gift receipt indicating that 7 days haven’t passed since your purchase.


Return Options:
Once we confirm your item qualifies for a return, you can choose from the following options:


Instore Return Options
  1. Exchange it for another item(s) of equal value.
  2. Receive a gift voucher equal to the purchase price.
  3. Or a combination of exchange and gift voucher.
  4. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds for instore purchases since you can physically see and touch the product before purchasing.

Online Return Options
  1. Receive a gift voucher equal to the purchase price.
  2. Or a combination of exchange and gift voucher.
  3. You are also able to receive a Credit to your account.
  4. Please note, DO offer cash refunds for Change Of Heart when purchasing online.


In-store purchases or In stock Purchases from our website www.readerswarehouse.co.za Only:
  1. This policy applies to items purchased directly from our store shelves or online shop.
  2. Unfortunately, items specifically ordered for you are not returnable under this policy.

Exchanges:
Items received in exchange are final and cannot be returned under the change of heart policy.
