Timeframe for Returns:
You can return defective items within six months from the date of purchase.
Return Process for Retail Store Purchases:
Bring the item back to the store where you purchased it, along with the original receipt.
If you purchased the item online
Please note, that the return is at your own risk and expense.

Contact our customer service team and send pictures of your defective item.
We will arrange a courier to collect the item from you.
Inspection:
- Our Store Manager/Online Supervisor will inspect the item to confirm it is defective.
- Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for any defects that occur after the item has left our control.
Note on Batteries:
If the item is battery-operated, please check the batteries first. Flat batteries do not make the item defective. You may need to replace them with fresh ones
Resolution Options:
Once we confirm the item is defective, you can choose one of the following:
- A non-defective replacement of the same item (if it's in stock).
- A gift voucher.
- A cash refund equivalent to the purchase price or a reasonable portion of it, considering the extent of the defect (e.g., whether the item can still be used despite the defect).
