How long does it take for my parcel to arrive with Pargo Click & Collect?

We strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and efficient! Here’s what you can expect for delivery times with Pargo Click & Collect:

Standard Delivery: Your parcel will typically arrive within up to 3 working days from the moment Pargo receives it from the supplier.
Remote Regional Areas: If you're located in a more remote area, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Delivery confirmation & tracking

Pargo delivers excellent notifications throughout your parcel journey by SMS and email. You’ll receive an initial confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected by their couriers, and continuously throughout the journey to its destination.

Your confirmation email will contain your tracking number

Track your parcel at https://pargo.co.za/track-trace.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What should I do if my parcel hasn't arrived after 5 working days?
