Shipping Options

COURIER
Courier Delivery Varies by area and is calculated at checkout, depending on the postal code and suburb you submit.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days

INSTORE COLLECTION
In-store collection is R20, and your order will be available within 5 to 10 working days for collection.
Longer dispatch times occur because we are consolidating all store orders and shipping them in bulk to your selected store.

The available stock varies by each store, so their inventory is not used.
Your chosen store will contact you once your order is ready to collect.

Please take note that we will only hold your order for a period of 1 MONTH at your selected store.  If you haven't collected after 1 month, it will be returned to our head office in Cape Town, and your account will be credited with the amount of your order. 

BOB BOX CLICK-AND-COLLECT

When you shop online, you can opt to have your parcel delivered to a Bob Box locker during checkout. After your parcel is delivered, you have 48 hours to pick it up from your chosen location. To find out more, go to https://www.bobbox.co.za/how-it-works/


PARGO CLICK and COLLECT
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. 
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 



WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Once dispatched, courier orders will be delivered within the following timeframe:
Local areas 1 - 2 working days
Main centres - 2 - 3 working days
Regional areas - 3 - 5 working days
Outline / Farm areas 5 - 7 working days

If there is a delay with shipping your order, we’ll let you know immediately.
