COURIER
Courier Delivery Varies by area and is calculated at checkout depending on the area code you submit.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 Working Days

INSTORE COLLECTION
In-store collection is R20 and your order will be available within 5 to 10 business days for collection.  The reason for the long length of time is because the products you have ordered get shipped to your chosen store. The stock that is available in each store varies so their stock is not used. 
The store you have selected will contact you once they receive your order.  

Please take note that we will only hold your order for a period of 1 MONTH at your selected store.  If you haven't collected after 1 month it will be returned to head office and your account will be credited with the amount of your order. 

PARGO CLICK and COLLECT
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. 
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered - within the following timeframe: Local areas 1 - 2 working days; Main centres - 2 - 3 working days; Regional areas - 3 - 5 working days; Outline / Farm areas 5 - 7 working days.
If there is a delay with shipping your order, we’ll let you know immediately..
