What happens if I don't collect my Pargo Parcel in time?

When you receive a notification that your Pargo Parcel is ready for pickup, you have 8 days to collect it from your chosen collection point. If you don't collect your parcel within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.
But don't worry! We'll reschedule the shipping for you. Please note that before we can re-ship your parcel, you'll need to pay the delivery fee again.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend picking up your parcel as soon as you receive the notification. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team. We're here to help!
